Effective September 1, 2015 HOAMCO (Homeowners Association Management Company) is the new property management company for Summit Park Condominiums. Our new property manager is Melanie Lashlee, Flagstaff Regional Manager for HOAMCO.

Annual Association Meeting
The 2017 Annual Meeting of the Summit Park Condominium Association was held Saturday, October 28th at 9:30 a.m. at the Continental Country Club, 2380 N. Oakmont Dr., Flagstaff, AZ 86004. (map)

REPORT FROM THE 2016 ANNUAL ASSOCIATION MEETING:
President Randy Wensman provided an overview of the status of Summit Park and activities of the BOD during 2016. Rental survey indicates that 55% of the units are owner occupied and 45% are rentals. Fifty-five percent owner occupied is a sufficient level to allow the complex to be qualified for FHA mortgages. Overall it was reported that the complex is in good shape and it was a “good year for Summit Park.”
Treasurer Bob Woodwell reported on the financial status of the Association with the conclusion that “Summit Park finances are in excellent shape.” At the end of Sept. 2016 the expense account, for routine expense had a balance of $59,020 in the checking account and $103,134 in the savings account. The Reserve Account, established to fund significant capital projects, had an on-plan balance of $298,578. Also presented was a summary of the approved 2017 budget.
The HOA elected Board Members for 2017: Teresa Vail, Nancy Hornewer, Maya Uddin, Diana White, Jim Stabler, Ann-Therese O’Sullivan, and Pat Carr.

The total amount for monthly assessments is unchanged for 2018.
